Spring Style
We spent the week in Park City, Utah, skiing amidst the 28 inches of snow that fell between Monday night and Wednesday night! Utah has had a record-low amount of snowfall this winter, so we were anticipating pretty bad ski conditions, but as it turned out, we had to deal with a ton of snow, wind, and bitterly cold temperatures!
We’ve taken this trip for the past 3 years and always have the best time. Last year, we discovered High West Distillery and knew we had to return when we went back to Utah. We ate there on Tuesday night, and it was absolutely fantastic! The next night, we tried a new-to-us Italian spot called Loma, which was very, very good! I’m certain it will be a spot that we will happily return to next time we’re in town!
How was your week? My parents watched my kids while Justin and I were gone, which is such a gift. Everything went smoothly, and it was great to get back home right before the weekend to have some chill time before we get back to the routine on Monday!
I had a little bit of time to continue listening to My Friends by Frederick Backman, which I am absolutely loving, so now I only have about an hour left. Have you read anything good lately? I’ll need something new to start after I finish this!
