H&M New Arrivals

Every year, we set aside 2 days to dive deep into “All Things Small Things” with the whole team. So this means my manager flies in from Ohio, Bridget and Amanda block time for two days of dedicated focus on Small Things, and then Jordan (who we contract for photography from time to time) will meet us for dinner!
Amanda came up with the name “all things small things”, isn’t it perfect?
These meetings are extremely valuable for looking back at the prior year and assessing what worked, what didn’t, what we want to do more of, less of, or differently for this next year. In this very fast-moving industry, it’s clear that 2026 is likely to feel different than years past, so brainstorming a strategy is necessary!
The ideas were flowing, and I am anxious to get started on a few of them next week!
This feels like a perfect time to say thank you for being here. If you’re a new follower or you’ve been following from the early, early days of my blogging back in 2011, thank you for being here. There are so many things that demand your time during the day, and I’m honored that you would take a moment to read or a moment to watch/follow on social media. I hope you learn something and maybe laugh a little bit, too.
I made a reservation for us to eat at the new restaurant in Raleigh called Sixty Vines, but I accidentally CANCELLED the reservation! I have never done that before in my life, but thankfully, we were right across the street from RH, so it worked perfectly to pop over there as a backup plan.
We’re supposed to get a pretty hefty ice/sleet storm this weekend in Raleigh, like much of the eastern part of the US. It’s not looking like there will be much or any snow, so I’ve prepped my kids adequately so they know what to expect, and we will try to make the most of whatever shows up this weekend.
