A tiny office art update

My “my skin feels like junk” evening routine

I tend to love the idea of decorating more than the decorating itself. It can easily overwhelm me and I have a hard time translating what I have in my head to an actual space.

I had a “gallery wall” of sorts above my computer in my office for awhile, but I found that I wasn’t used the white boards like I initially thought I would. So I moved those down to the main floor for a family calendar area!

I bought a matching shelf from IKEA a few weeks ago to continue my simple, layered art in place of the white boards. I finally finished placing all the prints in their frames and snapped a few quick photos this morning.  I love the simplicity of it.

Prints, from left: flower, mascara, bobby pins, “there is beauty in simplicity”, flower, bun, “it is well”

I picked up a few other great things at IKEA too, on that trip a few weeks ago, and you can see some of it in action here!

I love the frames you chose – and the prints! So minimal and they all work well together!

This is my kind of gallery wall!

Love the simplicity and clean look of it without having to take 2 hours to plan it out.
