Looped and Twisted Hair Tutorial

As I was rounding up my favorite wedding hairstyles, I realized that it’s been a long time since I created a fancy updo tutorial for you!

Between me being in a casual/laid-back season (versus getting dressed up for work every day) and also not having any fancy events on the calendar, I’ve pretty much settled into undone and easy hair instead of anything special!

But if YOU have something fancy coming up, here is a brand new tutorial!

products used: Kenra Dry Thickening Spray, Diane Bobby Pins

What a pretty look! I love how a little bit of texture can make an updo seem so romantic and modern.

Oh, so fun to see an updo tutorial! You make me miss my long hair but I think I’m relegated to medium length forever – dang age.

Oh so wonderful. I’ve been searching for the perfect bridal bun for my wedding next June, and this is just it. I just hope it looks similarly impressive with medium brown hair.

Love this up do Kate. Easy to do and looks great. I always frustrate myself though. It takes me a few times before I can get to look as good or similar on yours!

I love this look! Will you please put the tutorials that you have added to your regular blog page to the tutorials page? There are a couple of the braided styles, like the mohawk braid, that I love, but I have to hunt for them every time. Thanks!!!
