We’ve officially started the braces journey for one of my kids. I knew this would be happening soon but we went ahead and *bit the bullet* to get it started now. We are pleased with the orthodontist practice we chose and I hope it’s a successful and simple process!

I was telling a friend last week that I looked at my calendar for March and thought “March is over”. Isn’t that crazy? March feels a little shorter than usual because it ends with my kids’ spring break from school, but even without that element, we have so many things planned for the month! David’s hockey season came to a close, although he is doing roller hockey again this spring. Lucas is still loving drums and banging away on his acoustic kit that we got him for his birthday. Emily doesn’t have any extracurriculars right now, which is totally good with her! She’s into drawing, crafts, climbing a particular tree in our front yard, and reading.

If I could pause time right now and keep my kids at their current ages, I would. These elementary age years are sweet, I have thoroughly enjoyed this season.

I need a clear bag for a concert I’m going to with my boys in April. This one looks like a good size and a great price!
