Happy Valentine’s Day! I give almost zero effort to this day because I just can’t be bothered with it, but my kids were excited to bring Valentines to their school today, have little celebrations in class, and I’m sure we’ll find a way to add a special treat this evening! I know some people love this holiday and go all out, but it’s never really been my thing.
We’ve had a long week of rainy, overcast days but were greeted with the beaming sun this Friday morning. I do think we’re getting more rain this weekend but at least we had one single day to dry out!
Next week is Justin and my annual ski trip and we’re heading back to Utah with our friends again! It was such a great trip last year, we cannot wait to do it again! We’re going to do a little snowmobiling during one of the afternoons as something new this year, but otherwise, we’ll try to recreate as much as we can from last year!
I shared on IG stories that I started using the Clean Slate Spritz by Barefaced and I have been loving it. Immediately after sharing that I was bombarded with messages singing the praises of “The Overachiever” skin serum so I promptly ordered that to try as well. So far so good and I’m afraid these are my gateway drugs into the rest of the skincare line!
