Do you love the fresh start of a new year? I do. I always have!
To be completely honest, I felt like I stumbled into 2023. I had high hopes to have some time for clarity, thinking, and planning but I ended up with back-to-back migraines during New Years’ weekend. In light of that, I’ve pushed a bit of the planning time to later on this month and I actually am happy about that. January, as an entire month, can be focused on resting, getting into the groove of the routine again, and cleaning things up from the holidays!
If you’ve set any new years resolutions, but have trouble sticking to what you say you’ll do, I’d recommend the book Better Than Before by Gretchen Rubin. It helped me identify something about my personality which has, in turn, allowed me to set myself up for success when it comes to starting new habits.
