The “command center” of my house is probably one of my favorite rooms. I love the way it came together. It’s also probably the least used room in the house! It becomes a holding area for stuff that needs to be dealt with, so more often than not I find myself just making trips in and out of it with arm fulls of things.
But I still really love that room!
My sister bought me a big wall calendar last year for Christmas, but this year she went in with my brother on a bag from Madewell, so I bought my own calendar! I went with one from Paper Source, but there are so many pretty options out there you almost can’t go wrong!
from left, clockwise: One, two, three, four, five, six, seven
I love crossing things off the list as much as the next person, but nothing compares to the feeling of ripping off a page from your monthly calendar!

I love your command center. I hope our next house has a room or a place big enough that I can do this!
I see your “to do” list includes calling ghostbusters!! Haha
Who else noticed that? Love your sense of humor, Kate.
Wait!?!? You have a brother?!?!?
I thought the same thing!!!
Ditto. I was like, what!? Why have we never heard of him!?
I only have the calendar on my phone at the moment, but I love the looks of number five.

Target has some super cute ones in the dollar section of various sizes. There is one that’s identical to the cardboard color one with gold writing in the middle.
I was going to post this same comment… I got one from Target yesterday… $3 and super cute! Looks just like some of these here. 🙂
Ah, nothing like a fresh planner or calendar!

Those are all so cute! I need to get my organisation together massively! I love those calendars!
Yes! I’ve been using a planner with a monthly layout in it just for my posting schedule. It makes a *huge* difference being able to see everything laid out! Also, Paper Source is such an addicting place. I wish they had one in southern AZ so I usually just hold out until I’m in San Diego!

Hi, just found your blog and have been enjoying reading. Can you please let me know where that cabinet is from? I love it.
We wish to thank you once again for the lovely ideas you offered Janet when preparing her own post-graduate
research and also, most importantly, for providing many of the ideas in a single blog post.
If we had known of your web site a year ago, i’d have been rescued from the nonessential measures
we were taking. Thanks to you.
