I am SO EXCITED to share that I’m hosting a little braiding class over at Parlor Blow Dry Bar next Monday! I’m already jonesin’ to get in there and get my hands in some hair! It’s totally free and you can even come ready to practice on your own hair. I’ll be doing demos, and also be available to help if you are trying one yourself!
I’ll need about 3 models to do the demos on, and would love to show a braid on short, medium, and long hair. So if you are planning on coming, and would be up for being a model, include “I’ll be a model! Hair: _____(short, medium, or long)” in the subject line of your RSVP. Also please include a photo of your hair (can totally be a cell phone selfie).

I would love to know how to do braids on long, thick, and layered hair. I love the look of braids, but mine never look relaxed and soft. They always look stiff and the layered hair sticks out — it’s a mess!
I hope you are able to find another date (and that it works for me). I’d love to be able to braid my daughters’ hair.
