Is anyone surprised that the word “grey” is in the title?
Me neither.
So the lovely Bethany of J. Bella sent my sister and I these lovely tops! My sister got a taupe-y brown one, and I got a minty green one! It fits beautifully. A little on the long side (I had to tuck in the back so it didn’t hang too low beneath my vest), but otherwise perfect!
What I’ve got going on up there: Jeans {J.Crew}, Top {J. Bella Shop}, Vest {Banana Republic}, Belt {Old Navy}, Jewelry {Charming Charlies}, Lipstick {what was left after I rubbed off this stuff.}
I love a minty green in the winter. And this top is versatile! It can be thrown on with shorts and tucked in a bit in the summer, or paired with leggings, boots and a scarf!

I love the colour! It’s wintery and Christmassy without being red or green, you know? I’ve been reading your blog for months now (sorry, I’m a lurker) and I have tried out some of your hair styles and you have really showed me how awesome bobby pins can be – and the right way to put them in too, as I was one of those people who used to put them in the wrong way and I was SHOCKED to find out I was doing it wrong. It does make sense though, to put the zigzag side down.
Anyway, I have been lurking on pinterest for ages too and still haven’t been able to get an invite. Are you able to send them? Would you mind inviting me if you can? I can’t wait to start pinning! Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Kate. I just need to tell you that I found your blog via Pinterest yesterday and I LOVE it! Also..LOVE your hair. Mine is just a tad longer, but a similar cut. I bought a new 1 1/4″ Hot Tools curling iron and tried curling my hair tonight and it wasn’t quite right, but I think I’m just going to have to play around and keep working on it to get my curls consistent.
