quick dry styles-1

Perhaps the most requested tutorials from readers include the words “fast, easy, or effortless”. Whether you are a mom and only have a few minutes in the morning to pull yourself together, or if you hit the gym each day and don’t want a long routine, I’m sharing 2 ways to style your hair really fast using 2 impressive tools by T3!

The T3 Featherweight Compact Dryer and the T3 Singlepass Compact flat iron are the only tools I use in these looks, other than a clear elastic and a few pins. Both tools are really great for traveling, or transporting in a tote to the gym, that don’t lack in power and effectiveness!

When smoothing your hair with the flat iron, don’t let the size make you take small sections! You can still take normal size sections and get them nice and smooth despite the compact nature of the iron!

Is there a way to get rid of the giant ad that takes up a quarter of my screen? There is no “X” to close it! It all of a sudden appeared yesterday!

I use my flat iron to curl the front pieces on my day 3 hair, and pull back the rest. I love the way the flat iron curls!

Hey Kate, I think this answers your question on snap chat as to if you are the only one who has their kids roll cars on their back: https://m.spreadshirt.com/tshirt+play+mat-A13941244?department=2&productType=347&color=F7CBD0&appearance=386&view=2 How fun is that?! They sell different versions on other sites (including etsy) as well.

Thank you for the excellent tutorials, Kate! I will be visiting North Carolina in July for the first time ever. With that in mind, I definitely need all the help I can get in trying to prevent really bad hair days (my hair quickly melts in humidity). The several options you provide are very helpful. So thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

Hi Kate,
Have you ever tried doing loose waves by putting your hair in a ponytail first, taking large sections and curling it, then taking the ponytail out? I saw this in a picture tutorial on Pinterest and tried it, but it didn’t turn out like it was supposed to. Would love for you to do this in a video! Thanks 🙂

I am a stay-at-home mom and is currently drowning my hair out from an inverted bob. It has grown a lot since I started the process, but it can be a little discouraging because I am inpatient on how long it takes to grow out. When I am at home I usually just throw it up in a low pony tail/ bun look..but if I decide to grace the world with my presence and not look like the walking dead I tend to blow dry it so it has a wavy look..then I do a loose wave/curl to give it a smoother finish with my hair straightener. That is my fastest look if I want it to look more presentable and put together. I just can’t wait for it to totally grow out.

I have been using the OGX Nourishing Coconut Shampoo/ Conditioner, I love it…smells great!

Any other recommendations from anyone that has grown their hair out from a inverted bob??

When my daughter did chemo and lost her hair, I cut min into a very short pixie cut… we grew it back out together. Hers grew faster than mine u til I started takin biotin supplements.

Hi, there! What brush are you using in this video, Kate?

Thanks!! 🙂

Oh, I could sure use these T3 products. They’d be perfect for travel and for replacing my favorite flat iron that died last week and is no longer made.

I used to do so much with my hair but have gotten really lazy lately. A half-up has been my go-to. I miss “fixing” my hair.

My favorite on-the-go style is to french braid my hair, then tuck the tail up into the braid and pin it into place. I use a lot of hairspray to keep it all held in place. It gets all of my hair up and back, so it’s nice for warm weather. Also, this works great for those of us with short hair!

I like the bun thing, but the flat iron does not work on my hair. I’ve tried a bunch of different ones, a bunch of different ways. My hair is super fine so maybe it’s just not meant for me. BTW, anyone ever tell you you kind of look like Jennifer from Days of our Lives? Ok, I have no idea if she’s still on because it’s been about 25 years since I watched LOL …. but it certain shots you look like her. That’s a compliment 🙂
