Merry Christmas! For us, this day is not just about gift giving and family time, but it’s a celebration of the birth a Christ, who is at the center of our Christian faith.

“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.” Luke 2:11

Hey Kate! Gorgeous photos. I know that this sounds random, but had anyone ever told you that it looks like Luke’s tongue is tied? I only mention it because I didn’t find out with my kids until they were old. 3.5, 16 months, and 4 months….my doctors never told me. I saw on a blog about another mom with her kids having lip ties, so the next day I looked. Sure enough, all 3 of mine either had lip ties, tongue ties, or both. We should have known, reflux, colic, latch skills, messy eater, drooler speech issues, etc…all of these are related to lip or tongue ties. We ended up having theirs lazered. The kids did amazing. Just wanted to throw it out there. I first saw it on bower power blog. Merry Christmas!

I absolutely LOVE that both your boys’ names are a part of this verse! So cool! He is truly the reason for the season. Wishing you a very happy new year!
