I’ve mentioned this over the years, but I’ve become a huge fan of rash guards and UPF swim tops, especially for long pool days, beach trips, and active time outside with my kids. They make being in the sun so much more enjoyable for me, and I love not having to constantly reapply sunscreen to my shoulders and arms!
I also feel like there are so many better options now than there used to be. A lot of the newer styles feel much more elevated and flattering – less overly sporty and more like chic swimwear or activewear. I rounded up a mix of cropped styles, pullovers, zip-ups, and classic rash guards that offer sun protection while still feeling cute and easy to wear.

I tend to prefer a full-length rash guard, but there are a lot of cute cropped options too!
