6 Meals I Cook Over and Over
Father’s Day Gift Guide

Mexican Shredded Beef – I’ve made this in the crockpot and the oven, but I prefer cooking it in the crockpot. When I have shared this recipe in the past, I get questions about whether or not I follow all of the steps for the crockpot cooking method, and the answer is: YES! Follow the directions exactly, it’s very clear!
Million Dollar Spaghetti – This is, honestly, the most delicious spaghetti I’ve ever made. It’s rich, creamy, and flavorful, and while it’s a touch time-consuming to make your own alfredo sauce, it’s absolutely worth it.
Skillet Chicken Thighs – Packed with flavor, these chicken thighs are easy to make for a simple weeknight meal. Pair with a vegetable and rice, or potatoes, and dinner is done.
Avocado Ranch – This recipe is for the whole cobb salad, and while that looks amazing, I use it for the homemade avocado ranch. It’s incredibly flavorful, and I love a thick dressing that can also be used as a dipping sauce.
Creamy Pasta Salad – do not, I repeat, do not skip out on making the homemade dressing for this pasta salad. It is outstanding. To be honest, I do not make homemade mayo. I just use whatever I have in the fridge! But I follow everything else about this pasta salad recipe, and it is so delicious.
Lemon Pepper Panko Chicken – I’ve been making a version of these for years! It’s crispy and pairs very well with a Caesar salad.
p.s. When my sister had her twins, I made a few meals for her– find the list here!

This is a great guide. I’m intrigued by the Mexi shredded beef.
