We originally planned to head out of town with some friends this weekend, but a little sickness has derailed that plan! We’re bummed but we already have a replacement weekend on the books!
Tonight we will watch the Opening Ceremonies of the Olympics with the family. We’ll watch the prime time broadcast at 7:30p, eat angel food cake (since it’s in an Olympic ring shape!), and see how long the kids last before they get bored. Justin and I also prefer watching the actual events over the opening ceremonies, so we have pretty low expectations.
I’m making Million Dollar Baked Spaghetti again this weekend. It’s such a delicious and hearty dish!
