8 Products I Can’t Quit

I was washing my hair with a new (to me) shampoo recently and thought, “I need to write a blog post gushing about some of the things I’m using and loving lately!”

So here we are!

I really love this shampoo. I pair it with Pureology Hydrate conditioner ( my most loved, most used, always need to have in my shower conditioner ). I like that it makes my hair feel light and lifted, without being too squeaky clean and staticky.

This was the shampoo I was using when I thought about writing this very blog post. A few people in my DM’s recommended Kevin Murphy root lifter, so while I was shopping for that I threw a few other products in my online cart to try. Turns out, I don’t love the root lifter, but I do love this Angel.Wash shampoo. I do not have fine hair, but I do love the volume this gives me! I did not buy the conditioner to match because I knew I would want to use my Pureology Hydrate Conditioner. Sometimes volumizing conditioners tend to make my hair staticky.

After years of happiness with the Billie razor, I finally experienced what so many others did when I wasn’t getting a smooth shave. I switched to the Athena Club razor and love it. I also love the ease of picking it up at Target.

I have one more bottle of this in my backstock so it’s almost time to re-stock so I don’t run out. This smells like a tropical summer vacation in a bottle. I absolutely love it!

I gifted this body oil to my mom and sister around the holidays and just followed up with them recently to ask what they thought of it. They both like it which was a huge sigh of relief for me because if they didn’t like it, I would have to disown them. This is the best body oil I’ve used in a while and I adore the light scent.

This was sort of an impulse buy for me. I was going to re-purchase my long-time loved Loving Tan 2-hour Express tanning mousse but saw this and how highly it was reviewed and ended up buying it instead. It smells lovely, more like coconuts than other self-tan products that have a distinct smell. The color develops so naturally and lasts for a few days. It looks great on fair skin! I bought light/medium but will try the darker color when it’s closer to summer. If you have further questions about my self-tanning process, refer to this post!

I really like the fragrance and application of this dry shampoo powder. A little goes a long way, I learned that the hard way. I like that it acts like a volumizer as well, without the staticky result that can happen from volumizing powders.

I gave my friend Ashley a hug a week or so ago and said, “You smell great” and she said, “I’m wearing the perfume you recommended!!” and we both laughed. It is truly the ideal soft vanilla scent!

Have you also tried any of these things that I’m loving?

I’m laughing because I’ve bought 4 out of 8 of these products! (And love them) I guess I’m easily influenced, but more importantly, you never steer us wrong!

Does the self tanner have a color guard that could transfer? I read your self-tanning post (very helpful), just wondering with this tanner specifically if I could go about my day caring for my one year old without fear of it getting on her or her rubbing it off?

After you do the rinse off (after it’s set on your skin for 6-8ish hours), it shouldn’t transfer!

I have recently fallen in love with Verb shampoo and conditioner as well. I’m wanting to try other products. Any other Verb products that you’ve tried and would recommend? Thanks.

I’m a fan of the Osea body oil. The scent is relaxing , ingredients are the best and absorbs fast in to my skin. I have bought a few bottles but I need a good amount to cover large areas of my body. I feel tempted to buy another bottle because it is sooo good but it is expensive and even the large bottle doesn’t last long.

I was thinking about trying the verb volumizing shampoo. You actually look like you have very fine hair and I do as well.I think I may try it.

I need to try that verb shampoo! I take your recommendations to heart because I fell in love with aquage uplifting foam probably a decade ago based on you raving about it. I can’t be without it (I’ve tried!)

I LOVE the ouia St Barts scent-I gifted my mom and sisters the scrub/lotion combo for Christmas, we’re all obsessed. Also a huge fan of verb, I usually use the ghost line but will have to give this one a shot.
