Justin and I were going to make pizzas in the Ooni the other night but it just felt too hot to fire up the pizza oven. I still need to practice my pizza-making in it so hopefully we’ll find time to do that this week.

I would love to hear more about how the practice goes with your Ooni pizza oven and any tips you can share. We have one and our experience has been so inconsistent that we’ve started to pull it out less and less.
