Creative Summer Cocktails – Taylor’s Island Time

The wrong pair of denim shorts can just ruin your day, you know? There is nothing worse than feeling like your shorts aren’t fitting great, or they aren’t working with the style of your wardrobe, or just that you find yourself not reaching for them because you aren’t comfortable in them!

I found a handful of great denim shorts and rounded them up below!

One. Abercrombie High Rise Dad Short – these are a classic, in my opinion. I love the in-seam length, the raw hem, and the rise. To me, they are that quintessential jean short that you can wear with a tank and sandals, all summer long.

Two. Perfect Vintage Mid-length Jean Short – if you like a finished hem, these are perfect. You could dress them up or down, and even add a belt for a polished look.

Three. The Curvy Perfect Vintage Jean Short – these are on the thinner side, as far as fabric goes, and they have a bit of stretch as well. I love wearing them on a casual outfit day, or even over a swimsuit when I’m at the pool.

Four. Relaxed Mid-length Denim Shorts – I typically don’t love a lot of distressing on my denim, but these have just enough that they feel relaxed without being overly distressed and frayed. They fit really well through the leg too!

Five. Relaxed Mid-length Denim Shorts – Same fit as the ones I just mentioned above, but in a non-distressed black wash.

Six. Curvy High-Rise Denim Shorts – These are also the same fit as the ones I mentioned above, but in a more saturated classic black color than the mid-length denim shorts!
