Happy weekend! I’m enjoying girl time with my mom and daughter in Charleston, South Carolina.

I’ve purchased a few shorts recently in order to find some great recommendations out there for anyone else with curvy or muscular legs. I bought the Perfect Long Jean Short in Russet wash from Madewell and immediately thought, “this is like if the Agolde Parker Long short and the Abercrombie Mom short got together and had a baby”. It’s the best of both worlds, plus a little stretch for good measure.

My friend Heather and I finished up reading The Lazy Genius Way by Kendra Adachi and we’re on to another book now! We’ve chosen Atomic Habits by James Clear. I’m looking forward to getting into it!

I also pre-ordered the new cookbook from Half Baked Harvest and cannot WAIT to test out some of her recipes. I use a combination of her Super Simple cookbook and searching through recipes on her site whenever I’m looking for something new to make.
