As someone who LOVES to try new beauty products, I can’t believe I’m admitting that I’m new to trying out Colleen Rothschild skincare. I’ve seen it around for years, but for some reason I never got my hands on any of the product.
I was thrilled to dive into a few of their products recently to test them out and the only word I could think of to sum them up is “luxurious”. My skin felt clean and refreshed, but not sucked of moisture, and I loved the gentle smell of the products as well.
The most interesting product of the bunch was the Radiant Cleansing Balm. The package included a muslin cloth that was intended to be used to remove and leftover product from your face after washing. I followed the steps and applied the balm straight to my skin, rubbing it in using small circular motions. It felt creamy and thick, didn’t suds up, and also felt extremely hydrating.
As someone who could find flakey skin on her face at any point of the day in the fall/winter, I loved the hydrating feeling this cleanser left me with.
Using the dampened muslin towel, I washed my face of the cleansing balm.
I applied a bit of the Vitamin C Treatment Complex after my skin had dried a bit. I’ve used Vitamin C products that are really runny and hard to apply, so I loved the thicker serum consistency of this product. It sunk in immediately!
Finally, I finished with just a pea size amount of the Sheer Renewal cream. My skin was already full of moisture so I didn’t need too much! It felt light, hydrating, and smelled lovely as well.
Overall, I really enjoyed using the products. They felt effective yet gentle enough for my dry, sensitive skin. With the change of seasons, this is a great time to look into some new skincare to carry you through the harsh winter months. Of the bunch, if I had to recommend just ONE of the products, it would have to be the Vitamin C Treatment Complex. Vitamin C is one of the best products to use for glowy and healthy looking skin, and who wouldn’t want that all winter long?

Thanks for sharing these products! I have seen them around. The only hesitation I have with them is that they are so expensive! I have found cheaper vitamin c serum on Amazon and it works just as well and is organic. So I guess it all depends on where you want to put your money!
Thank you!!! My skin always gets crazy dry in the winter – especially around my mouth!

Love, love, love Colleen Rothschild. My skin is so sensitive that almost everything irritates it and causes redness and breakouts – but not a single Colleen Rothschild product does. They have truly transformed my skin. The price is very reasonable compared to other high end brands, especially when you catch a sale.
Between this vitamin C serum and the Ole Hendrickson vitamin C truth serum, which do like better and why?
They are both pretty similar in that they are light weight and sink into the skin, I can’t see a profound difference between the two yet!
I’d always want to be update on new articles
