My Gallery Wall

Shine Project Giveaway
I’ve been slowly collecting prints for my gallery wall since this past Christmas. I envisioned a “kitchen themed” wall to hang by our dining room table, but as I searched I realized there were too many great prints to be locked into a specific theme. So I added variety in an effort to make sure it doesn’t look too “match-y”.

Let me tell you the story of how I found these, because it was quite the process

The first print that I received was the Kitchen Conversions print from Sweet Fine Day. It was a Christmas gift from my sister. I was dying to hang it up immediately, but I needed to wait until I had the correct frame (it fits best in an Ikea frame).
I finally made my way out to Ikea in the spring and picked up all the frames you see on this wall. I also bought the two shelves that some of the frames sit on from Ikea.
And that’s when I wanted to make this a gallery wall for our new place.

I shopped around a bit at stores like Michaels, World Market, and Target, but I couldn’t find what I was looking for.
So I turned to Etsy. . .and Pinterest. . .and a few other random places. . .

And the gallery wall was created.
I wish my chandelier wasn’t in the way!

So let’s break it down:

And a few more photos just to show off their beauty. . .

All of these prints were shipped promptly, preserved and protected, and were absolutely vivid and detailed in person. The photos online just don’t quite do them justice.

I’d recommend any of these shops for any artistic needs you may have!

And to celebrate the final completion of the gallery wall, AmandaCatherineDesigns is giving away one standard size print from her shop!

Looks great, I love how you used the shelves. I found one for my kitchen (pig themed) that says “don’t go bacon my heart/I wouldn’t if I fried).

What gorgeous prints, and the perfect collection. I especially love the way that you hung some of the pictures and put other on the shelves.

Beautiful and unique prints! I love the “If you cannot think well…” print. The simplicity of a great saying in black and white is unbeatable!

I love the print you have but I also love the one about having adventures together, because my husband and I always reminisce about our adventures. Tough decision…or I’d just get both. 😉 Pinning your photos as well!!

This one really hit home today. “She decided to start living the life she imagined”. I recently left my job because I was just miserable. I have been worried about how to support my family and be happy at the same time. It’s taken a couple of months, but I applied for Cosmetology school today. I’m in my 30s and making a big jump, but I know this will be a fun, ever-changing new lifestyle. I can’t wait to begin.
