January Birchbox

I signed up for monthly birchbox and received my first box last week. I would like to say that I have already fell in love with the products and can not wait till my next box comes!

Kate, I’ve been following your blog for a little over a month now. I LOVE it! Thanks so much for the hair and makeup tutorials! It’s been so much fun trying out new ways to do my makeup and style my hair. I’ve also enjoyed the pics of your family and pets. Really loving your blog! 🙂

On another note.. I signed up for Birchbox through one of your links, then went out of my way to say that YOU told me about them. I sure hope you got credit! 🙂 I can’t wait to get my first box! (Should be coming next month) YAY!

As a 45 year old women, I LOVE your blog. I just found it this week and had to read it from start to finish. I was so pumped to start a Birchbox subscription, but when I went to their site it says they are sold out. Do you know if they will be offering Bichboxes again soon? Really sad as I am jealous I did not know amount this earlier. Keep up the blogging! Love it!

This is the first time I’ve gotten the exact same items you got. It’s funny because some of the other months, you got yours before me and I didn’t want to spoil the surprise by reading your post even though it turned out my items were different! :)This month was defintely a good box!

Oooh I wear Viva la Juicy every day! I love it.

I love how the couple of other Birch Boxes I’ve seen besides my own are all different in some way! I wish I had gotten the Peacock eyeliner because the color looked so pretty online!! Instead I ended up with this gunmetal gray color… I guess it gives me a reason to experiment more with make up!!

I gave both of my sisters-in-law 3-month BirchBox subscriptions as part of their Christmas gifts. They unwrapped their December boxes on Christmas and then received their January boxes a few days ago. They both love them and can’t wait to get their February box.

I need to try to hint to my hubby that a BirchBox subscription would be a nice Valentine’s gift for me!

I just signed up for BirchBox recently and am already obsessed! I bought gift subscriptions for my sisters too!

I finally decided to try Birchbox and they are sold out….I knew I waited too long!

I really love the eyeliner, and will probably buy some in other colors. Birchbox was a great gift for myself, my sister, and my good friend. Love it!

Thanks for posting about it because I like seeing the other things that come in the box. I didn’t get all of the same things. I received a really nice moisture cream that is used before my moisturizer and I really like it…

I bought that Juicy Couture perfume a few weeks ago, and I am OBSESSED. It smells so good. I smell myself all the time. It’s only slightly weird.

I got the Sparkly Green Eyeliner and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! The Viva La Juicy smells amazing as well!!

Loved my Birchbox this month!!!! I got all the same stuff except instead of the lotion I got triple milled pomegranate bar soap, and my Stilla eye liner was a dark color I could not tell if it was purple or charcoal but I rocked it non the less!!! Thanks for the post I love comparing what we got!

My birchbox is never the same as anyone elses. I got a bunch of anti aging stuff. Have you heard of GoGo Girlfriend or GlamBag? Those are the same type of things as Birchbox.

So glad I signed up for my Birchbox when I did, I love it! And I love your blog, I can’t wait to check it daily!

I got the same box & I love the peacock eyeliner by Stila! Goes on very smooth & stays. I’m excited about trying the facial wash.

OMG you are going to love LARABARS, so good! And that’s my fave flavor. They are all natural, have like 4 ingredients on average and most of them have no added sugar (the ones with chocolate chips do though) def yummy when a cookie craving comes on.

I love your blog! We have very similar hairstyles and I love trying out each of your tutorials. My grade 9 students love when I show up with something new and I always get compliments (from adults too) when I switch things up! lol

Yesterday, as I was watching your eye makeup tutorial (and besides thinking if we knew each other we would be fast friends, as we seem to love and use the same products) I was going to suggest that you try the Stila Smudgestick eyeliner, when lo and behold you got it in your Birchbox! I am SOOO sad that I can’t get Birchbox here in Canada. Do you or your readers know of anything similar?

Larabars are the BEST. Hands down. My favorite flavor is Cherry Pie. I love that they are so healthy and all natural and filling too.

on another note…nothing to do with birchbox…BUT there’s an organization i think you might like. im not sure if you have heard about it yet or not, but my friends and i LOVE it! its called 31Bits (www.31bits.com) that sells jewelry that is fair trade, made by women in Uganda with recycled materials, and the money goes to a profit for them as well as providing for their needs and the needs of their families and provides education on important things. its a GREAT organization and founded off of the proverbs 31 verse. and their jewelry is awesome!!! i have 2 pieces by them currently that i LOVE. i recently hosted a “house party” with them over the holidays and a lot of my friends got into it and now are 31bits lovers too! just thought you might like their jewelry 🙂

I like your box SO MUCH more than mine. I think I need to go in and change my settings and take away “anti aging”. Would have loved that Stila liner instead I got a nail polish. Totally different box. I also received two serums.

I have to change my settings, too. What settings do you use? I don’t like what I have been getting – it seems like you are getting much better stuff!

I’m jealous of your Origins soap!!!! We live in the same area (I’m in a suburb of Raleigh) but my box is always different from yours. They must know I’m getting old, because I always get anti-wrinkle creams. Seriously, tell us how you like the Origins soap–I might have to pick some up.

I was so bummed when I got my Birchbox this month. The juicy perfume must have broke during shipping. When I opened it up there was broken glass everywhere 🙁 On a plus the box itself smelled great! LOL

I just got my first birchbox this month & I am so bummed, especially after seeing yours! Instead of the facewash, there was a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner and no lotion. Instead of the eyeliner there was a little thing of mascara… would definitely have preferred the eyeliner since I’m kind of ocd about my mascara 🙂
