Holiday Gift Ideas // Home & Office

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6

For the next few weeks I’ll be sharing some Christmas gift ideas here on the blog. I’m looking for creative and unique items that will all be under $50. In today’s case, they are all under $30.00. . . some items way under.

I can be a pretty boring gift giver (who wouldn’t want a gift card?), so this year I’m trying to think of things that I would enjoy receiving that I wouldn’t necessarily think to buy for myself. Like a personalized return address stamp. I’ve wanted one for years. I don’t know why–becuase the only things I mail are bills. But I think they are cool.

And who could ever have enough nesting bowls?

I hope these gift ideas will help you on your quest to find the perfect gift for your loved ones this season.

Currently it sounds like WordPress is the top blogging platform available right now.
(from what I’ve read) Is that what you are using on your blog?

I have not even begun to think about gifts yet! LOL! Although, I’m not worried…the adults in my family have decided that we are not exchanging gifts (wasted money), we are focusing more on charity organizations, volunteer work, and spending time together. We will still do kids’ gifts though!

Love this idea! I love giving personalized gifts around the holidays. Putting a lot of thought into presents can make the holidays that much more intimate.

I’m looking forward to reading your posts. I find a lot of DIY inspiration from Pinterest.

I haven’t even thought of gifts yet! I always want to be the one to get unique gifts to people but seem to run out of time every year. I’ll be looking out for your posts for inspiration!

By the way, the first comment about Birchbox subscriptions- great idea! Hope there isn’t a waiting list.

These items you picked are beyond practical, they’re lovely. Unfortunately, I can only identify a couple of them. I recognize the address stamp, stationery & nesting bowls (where can I find bowls like that? so pretty) I see a pestle with canning jars, a doily & gift bags?? Can you tell me what they are & any link to purchase them? Thanks so much.

I LOOOOOVE the return address stamp. What a great idea!!! I am thinking I might need to scoop up a bunch of these for my sisters and for any families whose homes we’ll be visiting this Christmas season. The wooden handle stamps with a nice ink pad, cellophane and a big ribbon – perfect! Never would have thought of this so THANK YOU!

Over the years, I’ve always tried to make sure that my gifts are one of kind. My friend told me about Unique Custom Products in Colorado where they personalize just about anything. For my son’s birthday, I engraved the name of his favourite player on his baseball bat. I was able to get it done with short notice before his birthday at a good price . Howdy this is somewhat of off topic but I wass wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or
if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a
blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone
with experience. Any help would be enormousloy appreciated!
