Raspberry Whipped Cream

Day Off Wear
This is a delectable treat that compliments angel food cake, or can be enjoyed on it’s own. Yes, I am most likely to just dip a spoon into it and eat it as is.

What you need:
1 carton heavy whipping cream
powdered sugar
rasberries

1. Clean raspberries and let dry.
2. Mash with a fork.
 3. Add heavy whipping cream to mixer with whisk attachment and begin mixing on a med/high speed. Add spoonfuls of powdered sugar until you’ve reached desired sweetness and fluffiness! This process takes a few minutes.
 4. Fold in raspberries.
Top off angel food cake, cupcakes, brownies, etc. with your Raspberry Whipped Cream!
