Biotin


Have you heard of it? It's a vitamin that you can take that supports healthy hair, skin and nails. And it works! It's not going to make your hair grow like a weed, but you will likely see stronger nails and a slight increase in the rate of hair growth. And it doesn't only apply to the hair on your scalp! So get ready to shave those legs and wax those eyebrows more. I'm taking it for my weak peel-y nails, my sad sad eyelashes, and to help my hair grow stronger and quicker!

  1. I have the 500mg i take sporadically but i did try to avoid using it during the summer because I always seemed to shave my legs much more often and it's quite annoying.

  2. I was told to take 1-2 1,000 mcg tabs per day because of thinning hair due to thyroid disease. Haven't tried yet though :)

  3. I love this stuff. I have been taking 4 of them a day (bottle says 5 or less) and I have to clip my nails every 6 days or so and shave and pluck like crazy!

  4. Biotin is the best! I just started taking it about two weeks ago because my hair health was horrible after having my second child. I am a Biotin believer:)

  7. I thought about taking this for my hair to grow, since I had my son 6 years ago my hair will not grow past my shoulder blade and I have thick hair so I need the length ! lol
